"With a thickness of 4.85 mm, Oppo R5 is currently the thinnest smartphone in the world. The design we call the Micro-Arc Hand Polished Frame," said Bakarik Azeri, Product Manager R5 Oppo Oppo when introduced in Singapore, Wednesday (29 / 10/2014).
In the presence of members of the media and invited guests from different countries, R5 Oppo introduced as a smartphone that carries a 5.2-inch wide screen full HD resolution (1080 x 1920 pixels). AMOLED Display selected as the display device market targeting the upper middle class.
On the inside, the smartphone is equipped with octa-core processor made by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 which has been put on 64-bit architecture, 3GB RAM combined to make faster performance when used on the move.
The new flagship smartphone from the Chinese vendor is equipped with a 13 megapixel camera (MP) which can be rotated from the front to the back complete with LED lights. The camera in this handset can also be controlled remotely wearing O-clicks when doing photo or wefie selfie.
The new handset from Oppo is also equipped VOOC charger features Oppo style that makes the handset power 75% charged in just 30 minutes. Batteries used in the Oppo R5 capacity of 2,000 mAh.
The handset is priced at US $ 499 or equivalent to Rp 6 million and will be available in the market in the near future. Unfortunately, Oppo has not revealed the exact date when the handset going Oppo R5 available in the smartphone market in Indonesia.
